Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Speech Language Pathologist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Franklin, NH.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients’ speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment outcomes.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy strategies and exercises.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
Qualifications:
Current and valid SLP license in New Hampshire.
Strong communication, assessment, and clinical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
