LaSalle Network is partnering with a highly respected Chicago-based general contractor and construction management firm to bring on an experienced
Superintendent in Libertyville, IL.
This is your chance to take ownership of a current construction project from the ground up, leading day-to-day site operations and ensuring every detail meets the highest standards. The ideal candidate is an organized leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is ready to hit the ground running.
Superintendent Responsibilities - Oversee day-to-day construction site operations
- Manage both short-term and long-term project schedules
- Coordinate site construction activities and subcontractors
- Supervise and mentor field personnel
- Administer and enforce safety programs, ensuring full compliance
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
Superintendent Requirements - 5+ years of experience in the construction industry as a superintendent
- Proven experience leading multi-family construction projects and overseeing on site staff
Role type: Contract engagement with an estimated end date of February 2026
This position offers an hourly pay rate of
