Traffic Dispatcher Team Supervisor at Frito-Lay Are you looking to take a step forward in your career with a leading role in a dynamic team? Frito-Lay is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join us as a Traffic Dispatcher Supervisor. This position plays a crucial role in our logistics and distribution operations, providing both leadership and functional expertise. Schedule: - Work Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 22:00 - 06:00.
- Days Off: Friday and Saturday.
Responsibilities: - Provides daily work direction to frontline associates.
- Creates training and delivers developmental materials for dispatch teams; facilitates team meetings.
- Weekday dispatch Scheduling.
- Dispatch 2nd to 3rd shift handoff.
- Hostler team direction/issue Resolution.
- Weekend dispatch decision making/tradeoff/run coverage.
- Dispatch coverage when no alternate solution is available.
- Uses technical systems for reporting and analytics.
- DPS, YMS, SAP, Microsoft Suite.
- Leads daily performance meetings and reviews.
- Conducts performance coaching, provides individual feedback, and issues corrective action.
- Makes daily decisions impacting the business.
- Handles all team performance and personnel issues.
- Manages time and payroll systems.
Compensation & Benefits: - The expected compensation range for this position is between $50,600 - $75,950 based on a full-time schedule.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications: - High School Diploma required.
- Associates degree or equivalent background preferred.
- Experience in Traffic Preferred.
- 3 + years' experience in Supervising Others Preferred.
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
- Experience in Coaching and Monitoring Performance of Others.
- Able to Instruct and Teach Others.
- Skills in Organizing, Planning and Prioritizing Work.
- Troubleshooting and Problem Solving Capabilities.
- Knowledge of General Regulatory & Safety Processes and Procedures.
- Mechanical and Technical Aptitude.
