We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Travel Agent Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will help clients research, plan, and book their travel experiences from relaxing beach vacations to unforgettable once-in-a-lifetime adventures.
This is a remote position, giving you the flexibility to work from home while assisting travelers around the world.
Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budgets
Research destinations, accommodations, flights, tours, and activities
Create personalized travel itineraries tailored to each client
Book travel arrangements including hotels, flights, cruises, transfers, and excursions
Provide ongoing support before, during, and after client trips
Stay updated on travel policies, destination information, and industry trends
Maintain accurate records of client information and booking details
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent research, organizational, and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is helpful but not required
Familiarity with travel booking tools is an advantage (training provided)
