Assignment Type: Contract
We are seeking an experienced Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing or healthcare facility. The LPN will support patient care plans, administer treatments and medications, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure safe, high-quality care during overnight shifts.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of an RN or physician
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing protocols
Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and patient mobility
Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Shift: Overnight / Night shift
Schedule: Part-time (3 shifts per week)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Contract Length: Approximately 7 weeks
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or acute care preferred
Ability to work overnight shifts and weekend schedules
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly in a contract or travel assignment
