A well-established law firm near Warrendale, PA, is seeking a personable and experienced Trust, Estate Planning & Probate Attorney to join their growing team. What You'll Do:

Draft and review estate planning documents including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney

Advise clients on probate proceedings, tax implications, and wealth transfer strategies

Manage client relationships from initial consultation to final resolution

Explain legal processes and concepts in a clear, approachable way

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience in trust, estate planning, and probate law

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Active license to practice in Pennsylvania

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage cases independently

A client-first mindset with empathy and professionalism
