GSR Group proudly owns and operates Wingstop franchise locations, providing outstanding food and exceptional service to our guests. We are expanding our support team to include a Virtual Assistant who will serve as the first point of contact for customers reaching out through our online platforms. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every guest, whether they are asking about menu items, orders, or employment opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for customers via live chat, providing information regarding menu items, orders, and employment opportunities.
Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries ensuring polite and friendly communication.
Assist in problem-solving and resolving customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
Maintain attention to detail in all communications and ensure accurate information is conveyed.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments as necessary.
Adapt to various customer personalities by applying strong organizational skills and judgment.

Essential Qualifications

High School Diploma.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a customer service or virtual assistant role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to think critically under pressure.
Attention to detail, ensuring high-quality communication and customer interaction.

Desired Experience

Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment is preferred.
Familiarity with online customer service platforms and technology is a plus.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: $20 - $35 per hour, commensurate with experience.
