This role is all about finesse—shaping perfect tarts, layering flaky laminated doughs, and creating desserts that feel as indulgent as they are balanced. Raf’s is a space where high-quality ingredients and thoughtful techniques take center stage, and we’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence. We need someone who’s confident working on their own but knows how to jump in and collaborate when needed. You have a positive attitude, bring good energy, and are just a pleasure to be around.
