We are currently hosting open interviews for this position on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. No appointment necessary.

With three distinct outlets, our establishment will offer unparalleled service and an elegant atmosphere. Nikai, a private Japanese restaurant, and the Palm Room, a speakeasy-style lounge, are exclusive to our esteemed members, while our upscale Mediterranean trattoria, A'riva, welcomes all guests to enjoy its exceptional offerings. 

We are seeking talented, dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team and contribute to the success of this exciting new venture. 

As a Bar Back, you will support our Bartenders by ensuring the bar is well-stocked, clean, and organized, and assist with various tasks to ensure efficient bar operations. Responsibilities:

• Assist bartenders in maintaining a well-stocked bar by replenishing liquor, juices, ice, and other supplies

• Ensure glassware, utensils, and bar tools are clean and properly sanitized

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including countertops, shelves, and storage areas

• Collect and clean used glassware, empty trash, and manage recycling as needed

• Help prepare garnishes, juices, syrups and other bar ingredients

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of the bar before and after service

• Ensure all bar equipment is in good working condition and report any issues to management

• Support bartenders and servers with additional tasks as needed

• Uphold Harbour Club's standards of service, professionalism, and hospitality at all times

• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and clean environment 

Qualifications:

• A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding hospitality experiences

• Passion for delivering outstanding beverage and dining experiences

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Previous experience in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant is a plus

• Ability to stand, walk, lift and carry heavy items for extended periods
