$70,000–$90,000 base + Uncapped Commission

After establishing our New York business in early 2023, we continue to grow, and we’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team focused on interim hires.

What You’ll Do

• Inherit and grow client relationships in the FS space.
• Be a key member of the team supporting juniors and taking them on client visits.
• Build your desk through new business development . Own the clients you win.
• Deliver a consultative, high-touch service to clients and candidates.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture.

What You Bring

• Proven success in a recruitment agency environment.
• You will want to work as a true 360 recruiter (including Business Development).
• Experience in placing administrative, operations or HR support (highly beneficial).
• Experience recruiting into financial services (highly beneficial).
• A relationship-first mindset and a drive to deliver results.
