Workday Recruiting Lead who will need to partner with the executive business leaders for talent acquisition." By partnering, I mean working with HR and recruiters to ensure the system aligns with business goals and business process integration with other workstreams. This might mean include:
Set up and manage career sites and external/internal job boards.
Understand and configuring Workday to discover candidates from previous candidates in our system
Streamlining the new hire process or workflows
Managing integrations with 3 rd party connectivity for background checks
Manage access for external recruiters and measure effectiveness of our partners
Create analytics to measure the candidate pipeline, time to hire, and skill comparisons between requisition and candidates applying
Track hiring bonus plans, workflows for approval and integration with compensation/payroll
Stay updated on Workday releases and recommend enhancements, understanding how to enable with configuration
Optimize recruiting processes through automation and configuration changes.
